7. Facebook Pixel (Meta Ads)
Our website uses the Facebook Pixel from Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd., 4 Grand Canal Square, Dublin 2, Ireland. This allows us to analyze how users interact with our website to optimize our marketing measures.
The data is processed in a pseudonymized manner. Currently, no retargeting takes place. A connection to your Facebook profile is not possible.

8. Video Integration with Wistia
We use the Wistia service to provide and anonymously analyze embedded videos. When playing a video, Wistia collects technical usage data (e.g., player interactions, playback duration), but no personal information.

Some of the tools used (Meta, Wistia, Hotjar, Cal.com) process data outside of the EU, particularly in the USA. To ensure adequate protection, we rely on standard contractual clauses in accordance with Article 46 GDPR, unless there is an adequacy decision from the EU.
10. Storage Duration
Personal data is only stored as long as necessary for the respective purposes or as required by legal retention periods. Data from appointment bookings or contact inquiries is generally stored for 6 months. Tax-relevant data is archived for 7 years.
