mac brand spaces is Europe's market leader in trade fair construction with 600 employees and €140 million in annual sales. However, especially in acquiring large industrial projects, the sales team faced a hurdle: the range and complexity of the services were difficult to convey in traditional presentations. Pitches felt overloaded, the red thread was missing – and in the competition for million-euro projects, this makes all the difference.
Solution – a structured sales tool
We completely revamped the corporate presentation together with mac. Structure, storyline, and visuals were specifically tailored to the target audience. Instead of a "one fits all" presentation, a focused sales asset was created that makes complex services clear and relevant. At the same time, we trained the sales team so that each employee could adapt the presentation for themselves and use it confidently in customer discussions.
